Jeni Tryon Ahern has provided comprehensive financial counsel since 1998. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine, she began her investment career with Salomon Smith Barney and later earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation through advanced studies at UCI and Kaplan. From early on, Jeni focused on delivering a personalized, holistic experience that addresses not only investments but also the full scope of a client’s financial life.
With over two decades of experience, Jeni specializes in guiding high-net-worth clients through complex wealth management needs including portfolio design, trusts, divorce settlements, and special-needs planning. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® and Chartered Special Needs Consultant®, with credentials as a General Securities Representative, Investment Advisor Representative, and LPL Registered Principal. In this role, she manages her own client relationships while leading and mentoring a team of consultants, including a CPA.
Jeni is widely recognized as an industry leader, having been quoted in Bloomberg Markets and frequently consulted by peers for her expertise in wealth management and tax-efficient strategies. Clients value her steady guidance, strategic insight, and commitment to helping them pursue financial independence without outliving their assets.
Outside of her advisory work, Jeni is active in philanthropy and the arts. She is Past President of Orange County Executive Women International and founder of Opportunities for Orphans, a non-profit supporting children’s education worldwide. A classically trained ballet dancer and Latin dance performer, she also enjoys sharing her passion for the arts with family, friends, and her community. Jeni lives in Southern California with her husband and their two sons, who keep her life full of energy, inspiration, and joy.
